The performances are held in Oulu, at the Cultural Centre Valve&#8217;s Valve-hall. World premiere of Panopticon is on Friday January 30 at 7pm. Other performances in Oulu are on January 31 at 7pm and on February 1 at 3pm.<\/p>\n<p>Panopticon can also be seen in Kuopio where it premieres on February 5 at 7pm in Sotku.
