Meeting Reijo Kela in Lapland to plan the project of next summer

I´m travelling this weekend to Äkäslompolo in Lapland to meet dance artist Reijo Kela and the whole working group of Jokinainen (Riverwoman). This is a facinating project in which we will build a huge raft of empty bottles to travel on it about 400km down the rivers of Muonio and Tornio, from Karesuvanto to Tornio. The raft will be like an installation that takes form of a woman in a dress. This raft will float down the river dancers taking turns to perform on it 24 hours a day. Can you imaginen that? I hope the weather in Lapland will be sunny, I know that it will be cold as hell. Greetings from Pirjo
